Customers find the backpack to be of good quality, with a premium appearance that looks smart for office use, and appreciate its spacious design that can hold two days’ worth of items without losing shape. Moreover, the storage capacity receives positive feedback for its well-placed compartments and side bottle holder, making it suitable for both daily and travel purposes. However, the durability and size receive mixed reviews – while some praise the tough handle, others report the handle tearing within 10 months, and while some find it appropriately sized, others say it’s smaller than expected.
