Customers find the smart switch easy to use and convenient, with seamless app connectivity and integration with Alexa and Google Home. They appreciate its compact size and ability to be controlled both manually and through the app, making it an excellent home automation device that’s cheaper than other switch modules. The reliability receives mixed feedback, with some reporting it stops working properly after two months, and durability is a concern as customers note it doesn’t last long.
