Customers appreciate the backpack’s storage capacity with separate compartments for clothes and a laptop, and find it useful for 2-3 day trips. They like its appearance and design. However, the zip functionality receives mixed reviews, with some customers reporting that the zippers don’t work. Additionally, several customers note that the bag lacks a trolley sleeve and rain cover.
