Customers find the earbuds’ sound quality excellent, with one noting they hear every detail of songs, and the ANC works brilliantly. However, the charging performance is concerning, with multiple reports of buds stopping charging frequently. Moreover, the noise cancellation receives mixed feedback, with some praising its effectiveness while others report poor passive noise cancellation. Additionally, customers disagree on the fit, with some finding them comfortable for long use while others say they don’t stay in place, and while connectivity is generally seamless, some experience issues with connecting to devices. The reliability and value for money also receive mixed reviews, with some saying they perform exceptionally well while others report the right side buds not working, and while some consider them worth the money, others find them not worth the price.
