Customers find the backpack’s appearance premium and appreciate its perfect size that fits office essentials. The storage capacity receives positive feedback, with separate pockets for chargers and tabs. However, the durability is concerning, with reports of shoulder straps ripping at the seams and the bag tearing within two months. Moreover, the stitching quality is poor, and while some find the zipper quality acceptable, others report issues with zippers coming apart. Additionally, opinions on authenticity and value for money are mixed, with some considering it a genuine original product while others doubt its authenticity, and some find it worth the money while others disagree.
